s a little bit about myself. My name is Joseph Chandra. Comma and I currently work as a data engineer for for additional marketing materials company called Clear Link Your in Salt Lake City, Utah. So I started my career in 2011 start. Started working for a company called Emphasis back in India. Uh, I worked there for a couple of years as a strain yourself. I engineer that did a whole bunch of stuff. And I was working with them for another 2.5 years before I moved here to the U. S. To do my masters, the masters of M s and information systems at the University of Utah. Um, June, the time I was a book as an in town with a company called Off Bad and medical systems about the FBI, everybody and ah, I graduated in 2016 of December 1st job out of out of my master's program was a job at the University of New title in the Department of Pediatrics, worked as a data warehouse analyst. I worked there for two years, and then I joined my current company, which is clear Ling during the summer off drinking it inhabit you ever since. So I've been in about different technologies. I decided I was gonna do I was gonna become a data engineered, any data centric person. Only after I came here to the U. S. Mm. So as a data engineer, my job is to build data pipelines all the way from from the source to the data warehouse. So we know by the way, you're putting a daytime. So the data engineer. So although says the IT architect, my rule is kind of a mix between a data architect and engineer, Uh, that they don't, you know, it would be This is a very outset of very modern role 10 or 15 years ago. I don't think we had someone call it eight engine you had. Db is you had Debbie's developers. Modelers that's attract a data engineer would be a commission for a bridge between these two different worlds. S o I hesitate engineer you, you build your own data environment. Example. You build your own data clusters your instances. And also you also do the programming part if it like the python or the sequel part. And also the data manipulation language is the video park. So this is something that I do. And I'm also very cloud centric meaning off my stuff or everything that I do is in AWS and I also build eight of this resource is like easy to use. And I decide what kind of easy to know what kind of service that I'm gonna be building at how much memory and things that I need to, uh, you know, allocate for formal for these different service. So it's it's an end to end process, the whole you do the whole thing. So the weekly workouts. I'm sorry. So the week of work harnesses any is generally 40 hours a week. But since we are an unprecedented times, I do end up working a few asper here in the attic.

So I use, uh, a lot of python. I do a lot of sequel. Um, I also looks into very cloud centric. Do a lot of eight of your stuff building some of this applications. Lambda, as work with C d. K, which is aws its own development, get like a ck's JD case. It's a rough and oh, yeah, And also I we work on a, uh, on a fight on framework called a floor, which is a jobs. Get your lanes Cron kind of a thing, which is an e d l. A tool by itself. It's a custom media little. So these are some of the tools that are predominantly with someone in my family works with.
